The Rogovets IcePick XL Front Flipper is a genuinely custom knife. Sergey makes each piece without the use of a CNC or water jet machine doing all the work in his shop by hand. Every part of the process, from the heat treating of the blade to the manufacturing of parts, is done manually. This front flipper design has a two-tone satin finished S45VN blade and brushed and flame anodized 6al4v titanium frame with milled holes and stainless steel mesh underlay.

Blade: The two-tone satin finished S45VN blades comes with a durable high saber grind and subtle swedge. The long slender blade is a powerful piercing tool with a robust build riding smooth on a ceramic bearing pivot with ambidextrous front flipper deployment.

Handle: Dual slabs of contoured 6Al4v titanium with a brushed and flame anodized finish makeup the handle. The large handle is comfortable with plenty of real estate for large hands and provide plenty of traction with a jimped partial back spacer and five milled holes backed by a steel mesh giving it a custom look and feel. Equipped with a hardened D2 tool steel lock face, the integral frame lock is smooth and reliable with rock solid lock up. Sergey engraves his signature and serial number inside the back spacer.
