Blade: A perfect hunter’s blade, the utilitarian spear point has a fine tip, slicing shallow hollow grind and subtle recurve cutting edge. The spear point swedge delivers a fine point for piercing and detail work. Coming in at about 7/8″ wide, the blade is narrow enough for skinning tasks and durable enough for heavier work. CPM-154 provides a good balance of performance and is equipped with a hand rubbed satin finish for a classy, custom feel. Jimping at the spine delivers a solid thumb rest with enhanced traction, while an index guard delivers added safety in heavy use.

Handle: Green canvas Micarta scales are secured to the full tang via a single stainless pin and a hollow tube which allows for lanyard attachment. Both sides have been polished and contoured to give the knife an attractive appearance and ergonomic feel in the hand, with a large palm swell and bird’s beak pommel for a solid grip. The handle is well-balanced and comfortable in a variety of grips, while the deep index finger groove pairs with the jimped thumb ramp for added security.

Carries via a 3-layer carbon fiber textured Kydex sheath with integral belt loop and eyelets.

CPM-154: A particle metallurgy (PM) version of Crucible 154CM that benefits from the refinement in the PM process. A great all-around blade steel, CPM-154 has D2 level edge retention, AEB-L level corrosion resistance and comparable toughness to other PM stainless steels with ease of sharpening/finishing.
